Before you continue
A short note on what this work is, and what it is not.
What I offer through my group programmes and mini courses is psychoeducational and facilitation-based . It draws on clinical knowledge and structured exercises to help you understand your nervous system, your patterns, and the territory you are moving through. It can be useful work.
It is not psychotherapy. It is not a substitute for individual treatment, medication management, or crisis support. If you are in acute distress, please reach your treating doctor, your local crisis line, or emergency services.
By acute crisis I mean any of the following being current for you: active suicidal thoughts with a plan or intent, recent self-harm, substance dependence that needs detox or specialist treatment, an unmedicated or unstable psychotic or manic episode, an eating disorder requiring medical monitoring, being in the immediate aftermath of trauma or violence, or having been recently discharged from psychiatric hospitalisation. If any of these is current for you, individual clinical care is the right place to begin. Group work assumes a baseline of stability your nervous system can actually use.
By continuing, you confirm:
You understand this is psychoeducational work, not psychotherapy.
You are not currently in acute crisis.
I have read and understood the above.
